At HER+, every product we sell is formulated, manufactured, and labeled to meet the laws and safety standards that apply to it. This policy explains how we ensure our products are safe, accurate, and compliant for the women who use them.
REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
All HER+ products are made in the United States in facilities that follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Our supplements, skincare, and personal care products comply with applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) requirements for their respective product categories.
Our supplements are produced as dietary supplements under FDA 21 CFR Part 111. Our topical skincare and personal care products are produced under FDA 21 CFR Parts 700-740 (cosmetic regulations).
PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED PRODUCTS
HER+ does not manufacture, sell, or distribute:
- Prescription drugs
- Controlled substances
- Counterfeit goods
- Products containing hormones, steroids, or pharmaceutical actives
- Products marketed to children under 18
- Any item prohibited by federal or state law

We do not make claims that our products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about supplement benefits have not been evaluated by the FDA. Where required, results are described with realistic timeframes, not absolute guarantees.
PRODUCT SAFETY AND TESTING
HER+ products are tested by third-party laboratories for purity, potency, and safety before they reach you. We follow ingredient sourcing standards designed to keep heavy metals, microbial contamination, and allergens within the safe limits set by federal regulators.
